Therapy for ADHD and Autism

Online Therapy for ADHD and Autistic Adults, Teens (16+), and Women in Texas

You deserve support that fits your brain — not the other way around.

If you’ve spent years trying to fit into a world that wasn’t built for your neurotype, therapy with me is about honoring who you are, not changing you. I offer neurodivergent‑affirming therapy that celebrates your strengths, supports your challenges, and helps you build a life that works for your brain.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, self‑identified, exploring ADHD or autism traits, or still figuring things out, this space is designed for you.

Who I Help

  • Adults and teens (16+) with ADHD or autism — diagnosed, self‑identified, or questioning

  • Women and femmes navigating late diagnosis, masking, or burnout

  • High‑masking individuals who feel “different,” misunderstood, or exhausted

  • Anyone feeling overwhelmed or out of sync in a neurotypical world

  • Neurodivergent professionals struggling with executive functioning or workplace expectations

What We Work On

  • Emotional regulation and stress management

  • Executive functioning (focus, planning, organization, follow‑through)

  • Burnout recovery and identity fatigue

  • Masking, unmasking, and self‑acceptance

  • Confidence, communication, and self‑advocacy

  • Sensory needs and environmental support

  • Relationship patterns and neurodivergent communication

  • OCD, anxiety, and perfectionism in neurodivergent adults

Therapy is collaborative, strengths‑based, and tailored to your processing style. You can pause, think, circle back, or talk things out, we move at your pace.

Informal ADHD Screening (Included in Therapy)

If you’re exploring ADHD traits or executive functioning challenges, I offer informal ADHD screening as part of your standard therapy fee. This includes:

  • clinical interview

  • validated questionnaires

  • strengths‑based discussion of patterns

  • personalized strategies for focus, organization, and emotional regulation

This process helps us understand your experiences and guide treatment, but it does not result in a formal ADHD diagnosis or written report.
