At TMW Counseling, I offer neurodivergent-affirming therapy that celebrates your strengths and supports your challenges. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, self-identified, or still figuring things out, this space is for you.

  • Neurodivergence is a term that describes natural differences in how people think, feel, and experience the world. This includes ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and more. It’s not a flaw or disorder—it’s a different way of being.

    We’ll begin with 1–2 sessions to get to know you—your story, your strengths, and what kind of support feels right for your brain. This is where we build trust and create a space that feels safe and affirming.

    🔄 Ongoing Support
    Some people come weekly, others biweekly. Some stay for a few months, others longer. We’ll find a rhythm that works for you. Therapy is flexible and shaped around your goals, energy, and life.

    🔁 Check-Ins & Follow-Ups
    Even after you’ve met your goals, you’re welcome to come back for check-ins. Life changes, and support should be there when you need it. Whether it’s a quick reset or deeper work, I’m here.

  • I use a variety of tools and techniques—because no two brains are the same. My approach is eclectic and holistic, which means I pull from different methods depending on what works best for you.

    Some of the tools I may use include:

    • CBT – to help you notice and shift unhelpful thought patterns

    • DBT – for managing big emotions and building coping skills

    • Mindfulness – to help you stay present and reduce stress

    • Somatic work – to connect with your body and calm your nervous system

    • Executive functioning support – for help with focus, planning, and follow-through
