🧠 ADHD & Autism Testing & Diagnosis in Adults

Online Assessments for Neurodivergent Adults Across Texas

💡 Wondering if you might be ADHD or autistic?

Maybe you’ve always felt different but couldn’t explain why. Maybe you’ve been masking for years and are finally ready to understand yourself more fully. Whether you’re seeking clarity, validation, or support for accommodations, you deserve an assessment process that’s respectful, affirming, and built for your brain.

At TMW Counseling, I offer virtual ADHD and autism assessments for adults across Texas. My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and designed to help you feel seen—not judged.

  • This service is for individuals ages 16 and up who are exploring whether they may be ADHD, autistic, or both. Whether you're a high-masking adult, a teen navigating school and identity, or someone seeking clarity and support, I offer virtual assessments that are affirming, accessible, and tailored to your needs.

    You can choose between:

    • Informal assessments for personal insight or therapy support

    • Formal assessments for a full diagnosis and documentation

    • Session 4: Review of findings and discussion of next steps

This process is collaborative and supportive. You’ll never be reduced to a checklist.

    • The process is flexible, collaborative, and paced to your comfort

    • I use tools that are inclusive of women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ folks, and high-masking individuals

  • Whether you receive a diagnosis or not, you’ll leave with:

    • A deeper understanding of how your brain works

    • Personalized recommendations and resources

    • The option to continue therapy with someone who already knows your story

You don’t have to start over with someone new. I offer both assessment and ongoing support in one place.
